I conducted a competitive analysis for Chipotle Mexican Grill including a PESTLE and SWOT analysis for the brand. Conducting a thorough analysis not only provided valuable insight into the fast-dining industry, but also significantly contributed to my growth as a designer with a deeper understanding of the business side of things. This project enabled me to bridge the gap between design and business strategy, ensuring that my creative solutions are not only visually compelling, but also strategically aligned with my clients' objectives.
